Lawren has always been drawn to the mystical—deeply rooted in a lifelong curiosity for the occult and esoteric arts. From a young age, she immersed herself in Wiccan teachings and Earth-based spirituality, developing an early understanding of energy, intention, and the unseen forces that shape our reality.

As a teenager, she found her way to yoga, a practice that became a powerful anchor through her experiences with anxiety and depression. What began as a personal refuge soon evolved into a calling. In 2013, Lawren completed her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching, while continuing to deepen her spiritual path.

Through her work in yoga, Lawren felt called to further explore the human body and its innate ability to heal. This led her to pursue Massage Therapy, earning her license in 2014. Her journey continued to expand as she became a Reiki Master in 2018, further strengthening her connection to energy work and intuitive healing.

In 2020, she began training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, as taught by Dolores Cannon, and continues to practice this modality alongside her studies of Julia Cannon’s Soul Speak: The Language of the Body.

Lawren is also a skilled nail and Lash technician, bringing creativity, precision, and an eye for beauty into her work. She views these as another form of self-expression and self-care—an extension of the energy and intention she brings into all of her services.

She is currently enrolled in aesthetics school and will complete her training in August 2026, expanding her offerings to include results-driven skincare and advanced beauty treatments that align with her holistic philosophy.

Working with golden white light, Lawren serves as a clear and grounded conduit for divine healing. Her intention is to support each client in restoring balance, releasing energetic blockages, and reconnecting to their highest alignment—mind, body, and soul.
